We want you to be happy with items you buy from us! Please let us know if there are any problems. Any errors on our part will be covered at our expense.
Returns
- Please contact us first before returning any product. Our manufacturer/shipper requires that we submit a problem report.
- Claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.
- Please send the item back to the return address on the package. Your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- If 30 days have passed since your product was delivered, we may not be able to offer you a full refund or exchange due to requirements from our vendors.
- Once your return has been received and inspected by the printer, we will send you an email to notify you that they have received your returned item.
- If the printer approves the claim, you may choose either a replacement or a refund.
Please order carefully! Our products are created and printed “on demand” by an independent printer. We are unable to give refunds for “buyer’s remorse” or errors in size unless we pay for them ourselves.
Package Not Delivered
- For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
- If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the shipping service, or if the shipment goes unclaimed, the shipment will be returned to the printing facility.
- We will check with you to discover the correct address.
- If the issue was our fault, we will cover reshipment costs. Or you may choose a refund.
Credit
- If you choose a refund, you will receive a credit to your credit card or original method of payment within 7-10 days.
- If you have not received the refund, you may wish to check with your bank or credit card company.
- If you still have not received the refund, please contact us.
